ALL 4 One & One 4 ALL...

Image hosted by Photobucket.comMy little cubby's paws. You can see the littlest cub is a little antsy. Image hosted by Photobucket.com
Anyhow, after a long, long week with the in-laws, I survived. Image hosted by Photobucket.com It has been extremely enjoyable and I am pleasantly surprised, as was my hubby. No drama, well I can't say "no," but very minor. Image hosted by Photobucket.com Actually, if the brother hadn't asked for our old dodge truck, it would have been heavenly. The dodge ran great, until he fixed it.Image hosted by Photobucket.com Other than that little burp in the week, it was great.

I have really been wondering a lot lately though. If we weren't related or tied to family by blood, would they be the type for us to hang out with? I'm coming up with the answer being no on most parts. Image hosted by Photobucket.com What's quite strange to me, is this question has come up in 3 separate convos (only one initiated by me), with different parts of my and hubby's family. All the people I had this come up with are absolutely great people, but I must admit as a person, I probably wouldn't know them as well, if at all. For those people, I feel blessed in knowing them. Others, lets just say not so much. Image hosted by Photobucket.com Yes, I do realize these are probably mutual feelings.Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Back from the ocean...

It was such a great trip. I forgot to blog I was leaving. It was beautiful trip and this is just one of the playful pics of the many I took. Everyone had a great time, I would love to do it again sometime soon.

I have been missing my workouts, which isn't a good thing. I feel so badly for missing them. I did workout tonight, and now of course that is why I am still wide awake. My hours are screwy anyhow. Hubby is back from his workout, so I'm off!

A Pic Specially shot for you, Mrs. Mood...

Look what I found in my bathroom.

His whole body w/legs were about the size of a quarter, but I saw this and thought of you. Not as cool as your pics, but hey I tried the flower setting for ya!

A friendly hello...

This pic was something I was really happy with witnessing and having my camera in hand to snap. (No, I don't know any of the people.)

It's almost time to go workout again. Image hosted by Photobucket.com I did go workout earlier at Curves, but headed to the gym with the elliptical in a few moments. I'm a little tired though, let's hope I can make it through the workout Image hosted by Photobucket.com

"The dentist is pretty..."

Well cub3 had a dental appointment to check his teeth and possibly get them sealed for protection of cavities. I'm not at all sure how effective that is, but that's what they suggested. Anyhow, this is his second trip there. The first trip was an introduction type appt. This time they were going to try and seal his pearly whites. Well she got two *LOL* That kid!!! We try again next week. The three good things that came out of this appt. ~ 1... he got a spiderman tattoo ~ 2... he got a lil goam airplane ~3... the dentist is pretty and he gets to go visit next week too. haha I hope she is able to get more done next time.

Fries Anyone?

WOW! I couldn't believe I actually saw this on my trip. It did crack me up so of course I snapped a pic. What it means, I don't know. Why it's there, I don't know. I just took the pic.

I had a great trip and got back late lastnight. We now have company, they followed us back. (hubby's sis, bro, nephew and sis' sig other) I'm not sure how long they will be staying, but it sounds like we may be taking a trip to the ocean. YAY! Ocean pics :oP

I got back from my trip and was bombarded with a complaint or three. After a wonderful trip, not what I expected nor wanted. Without going into too much detail about the situation, or who the situation belongs, I'll summarize my thoughts.

~I think in a relationship it isn't fair to keep a running tab on your partner's screw ups.
~It is also not fair to expect change if you are not willing to change a bit yourself.
~If you are considering leaving your relationship, let it be for a good reason, not some piddly reason (ie. the straw that broke the camels back.)
~If you are willing to leave your relationship, what exactly is stopping you? What about it is worth saving?
~If you are into giving second chances, you must first be able to clear the slate and not bring up the same stuff over and over, you start out behind to begin with you are bound to fail.
~Once leaving is an option or that seed is planted, what needs to happen to change that from being the only option???
~Communication is key, why tell me what's bothering you? I am not the problem nor am I a solution, get your butt home and talk it out with someone who can help.

Anyhow, I'm off for now.

On the road again...

Image hosted by Photobucket.comI just can't wait to get on the road again Image hosted by Photobucket.com We're almost all packed up and leaving right about on schedule, plus or minus 20 minutes Image hosted by Photobucket.com
I'm outta here!!!!
Image hosted by Photobucket.com <---just for fun Image hosted by Photobucket.com

An Introduction...

Image hosted by Photobucket.com <<<---this is it. The machine. I just got back from visiting this beast. It's simply amazing to me how addictive it is to exercise. I never was much into working out, well ever. Now, that has totally changed. It's quite crazy how one simple song, like Spiderbait's Black Betty can get me just amped to go. I've heard it a few times in movies and such and it just gets me all excited for nightfall. I workout with my brother at night at the gym down the road. It's no more than 3 minutes away, so talk about convenience. The best part of it, you can go any time of day or night. One swipe of the card key and you're in. We went and bought a new stereo to take along and man that little thing was cheap, but for the price it sounds great.Image hosted by Photobucket.com

After working out today I realized one thing, I am not pregnant. I know that doesn't sound like much, but it was such a strange feeling. It was the first time in a long time I felt like my own person again. What a feeling! I honestly wasn't sure how I would feel once I was "done," but it's really nice to work on me right now.

Off for the night!

Any more excited, I'd be worried...

Cub4's new hat.

We're busy getting ready for our trip tomorrow, but I was a good girl and took the time out to go workout, and yep, I think it's getting smaller *haha*

After my workout, we ran up to Wally World and got my Cub4 a hat. I don't want his poor little head to burn while we're gone. We also took a peek at tents, because somehow our tent pole thingies took legs and are gone. So, that pretty much makes that tent useless. I didn't buy a tent, but got a good idea of how much they will be. Man oh man, things are getting cheap!!!! The same tent we have sitting in our living room would cost 39.95 right now. We bought it for 109.95 almost 10 years ago, so yeah, maybe we are due for a new tent LOL

Anyhow, I'm still beading Cub3's mocs and decided I'd post this pic here to see if it works from flickr.com So here it goes!!! *drumroll please*

I think it may be smaller...

Image hosted by Photobucket.comI went to work out tonight, as it has been called by my 3rdcub, "workin your butt off." Image hosted by Photobucket.com He is so funny, he always asks if my butt is smaller when I get back. I, of course, answer yes Image hosted by Photobucket.com It's too funny not to. Anyhow, I'm off to bed, it's late, or early however you want to look at it!!! Image hosted by Photobucket.com

There is Nooooooo "P" in Pool...

Loungin' in the pool
Originally uploaded by My4cubz.
At least I should hope so, but one can never tell!!!! We took a dip in the pool. The boys loved it, and I must admit it was quite fun for myself as well. It was so funny to watch my littlest man kicking his little feet around. He's a natural duck :o)

Life and its timing...

Ya know, I firmly believe things happen in their own time if they are going to happen at all. I just can't quite grasp the why of it all. lol Hubby and I have made a decision to live the life of poor students. Of course my schooling isn't going to take place until this littlest one is older, but nonetheless, I will be finishing school later. Hubby, on the other hand is going back in the fall. He has his courses all lined up and is ready to start. He was in school when we got together and just never finished. Life got in the way. No, I am not complaining, it's just what happened. Now, four children later, he is on his way. Originally, he set out to be a lawyer. Great idea, wrong time.

He wound up working in the casino business. He worked his way on up from a valet to security, then on up to a regulatory gaming position. It paid the bills and I was able to quit my job as a preschool teacher and stay home. This remained the same until we decided I wanted a lil grass dancer, I, of course needed insurance and while we couldn't afford to pay out of pocket, I did happen upon a job that would give me insurance in 3 months time. Perfect! Voila! I was now an auditor at a casino down the road. I've always been great with numbers, so this sounded like fun and it worked out perfectly until baby came, when I quit to stay home. Hubby on the other hand was working at a casino an hour and a half away!!! The one down the road wouldn't pay nearly enough for survival LOL After 8 years in casino work, hubby had major burnout and decided he was going to finish that degree he had put on hold many years ago, so he quit and went to school. I had also been offered a job at the casino again so I was breadwinner. woohoo go me!!! :oP It was also time to get Araquin's partner in crime here. I have my children in pairs, noah's ark type of dealy ;) So this also seemed to work out perfectly.

Fast forward a bit, my hubby was still schooling, but wanted to get a job before I had our final addition to the family, so I could quit. The original plan was if he didn't get a job, I would return back to work and he would stay home with the baby. It came time for me to go back and after 3 phenomenal interviews and no jobs to prove it, we re-evaluated. Does he really want to work in casinos for the rest of his life? Do I really want to work in casinos the rest of mine?
The answer is simply NO! So what to do??? Let's put our thinking caps on... A total moment of aha! Go back to school, get back on track and finish what you started. Easy enough. So hubby is off to sign up for school, he made the deadline by 2 days. He was accepted the day of class sign ups. Now we wait. It's working out just as planned. Just 10 years later.

So that's where we sit. It's simply amazing to me how 10 years ago, there is absolutely no way we could have pulled it off and now with four kids in tow, we somehow magically can??!? Makes me scratch my head a bit. Timing is everything.

My lil grass dancer...

Image hosted by Photobucket.com
So here he is in his very first Grass Dance outfit. It's not complete and since then we've (actually hubby) has added more to the calf area. I've been busy working on his mocs and man oh man are my pinchers hurting LOL We're headed off to Idaho on Friday for a powwow and meeting up with hubby's sister and her family. This oughta be really fun. I'll be sure and take lots of pics, because hey that's what I do!!!!

My baby is 22 weeks!!!

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

I thought this was a really cool pic

Image hosted by Photobucket.com
Now I'm just testing, because apparently I can blog from photobucket, now let's seeeeeeeeeeeeee if it works!

Photobucket

This is a test post from Photobucket.com

Ok, now that I've posted that...

I guess I should explain my fireworks comment! We sell fireworks every year. I'll see if I can find a picture of the stand. I'm not talking the safe and sane pop its and tanks. We sell the best stuff you can get legally. I'm talking mini disney fireworks shows in your own yard LOL I think I have an old fireworks stand pic, but not sure if I have any on this pc, like I said I just got a new pc!!! (YAY!)

Hip hip hooray!!! There it is, of course we don't have a name anymore, it's just more flames like the ones on the bottom where it says 'pyrotech' Hubby didn't like the lettering his brother did (neither did i) so he made more flames. I'll have to update that picture with one from this year. LATER!

This is it!

I'm not quite sure how all this works but figured I'd give it a shot. I've survived another year of fireworks. Here it is almost the end of July and I feel like I've had my life on hold for such a long time. The house has really suffered. We have been working on the outside and it is just about finished. Time to work on the inside now.

Yesterday we bought a pool, one of those all in one pools from Wally World. It's pretty cool. We had to move it early this morning, well by choice really, it was crooked and we couldn't fill it to the max. So it is now in the back yard.

My new pc showed up yesterday too, I'm still trying to get used to it. It's so much quicker, along with cable internet, I seem to be getting things done so much quicker online. Oh what am I to do???!!?

I sure like that pic of him, he was serious about wanting a pool LOL
